If you have any doubts about the originality and legitimacy of your item, we offer our verification and certification service. However, remember that you must go through the same shipping process and receive the item at our facilities. The cost is €15 for the verification service and €60 for the certification service (plus shipping).
Our certification service will include a sealed document in our folder with detailed photos to identify the item.

We only respond and analyze through our laboratory and specialized on-site analysis tools. We do not offer this service through photographs or any other remote means.
**The authentication service will be charged whenever the client rejects their graduation after our inspection.
RECASE
If the game analyzed by us has suffered an accident and the box has been damaged, don't worry, it can be repaired. Choose this service for us to open and encapsulate it again. Contact us through this link to request the service.

Do you have a set encapsulated by another company and want to graduate it with us?
Through the order form, you will be able to check a box that apostilles"Crossgrade"during the usual process. This way you won't have to worry about opening it and we will do it for you with maximum guarantees.
