PAYMENT
Do I have to pay for the item immediately for my item to be processed?
NO. The total amount will be emailed to you as soon as the item arrives at our facility, we verify that all details are correct and there are no discrepancies.
What payment methods are used?
Bizum, Transferencia bancaria y Paypal. Este último tendrá el cargo de la comisión pertinente (según tarifa de PayPal).
In case of refund you will be reimbursed in the same way in which we received the payment.
I made a mistake when processing my order, what can I do?

ORDER

Can I cancel my order?
Betagrading does not accept cancellations after the 14 day cancellation period or once the graduation process has begun. The relevant shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Can I send an item graded by another company?
YES, YOU CAN. We can take care of opening your set and grading it ourselves.
Can Betagrading cancel my order?
Items that do not meet the minimum conditions for grading may be rejected. In these cases, authentication fees will apply.
PROCESSING
The processing time has been exceeded, what can I do ?
We have several types of processing and different delivery times. You can select the one that best suits you in the order creation section.

Will I be informed of the whole graduation process?
At any time and in your user profile you will be able to check where your order is in the process. You will also receive an email when your item changes its processing status.

Nuestros tiempos de procesado son estimados y días laborables, de todos modos no te preocupes, puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros. Recuerda que el mes de Agosto nuestro proveedor cierra por vacaciones, por lo que este mes no contará para los plazos de entrega.
¿Se notifica cuando el artículo tiene una condición distinta a la descrita?
Noficaremos en el caso de que un precinto que no se corresponda a la época o no garantice legitimidad de su condición de nuevo, sin abrir. En el caso de que el juego presente signos de apertura, lo inspeccionaremos directamente y será catalogado como nuevo abierto o usado según esté el contenido.
En caso de ser usado, se comunicará al cliente dado que el precio tiene un pequeño incremento.
¿Qué sucede si el precinto de un artículo no es original o legítimo de la época?
En este caso lo notificaremos al cliente y el decidirá qué hacer. En caso de no llevar a cabo el proceso contratado y proceder a a devolución del artículo se cobrará los 35€ del servicio de autenticación.
If I send several games and one of them is a personalized box, how long will my return shipment take?
Custom orders have a longer delivery time and do not have express delivery services. If you want a joint return, we will not be able to ship until all items are available. If you want us to send you separately and as soon as possible, do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the difference between basic and hard cleaning services?
The basic cleaning service is geared towards surface cleaning such as fingerprints and dust.
If the item has glue residue, embedded dust and other time-consuming items, we recommend that you use the heavy duty cleaning service.
What does the sticker removal service consist of?
Sticker removal is a complex process. It requires taking all possible precautions to mitigate risks and minimize damage during removal. Tears, holes, dampness, etc. There are many variables that jeopardize the removal process.
There are also cases where stickers are used to hide pre-existing defects. We will evaluate each item and in some cases reserve the right to refuse service.
We do not remove alarm stickers due to the high risk involved. They deform seals, boxes and tear in many cases.
*Nevertheless and in spite of all the care and effort that we employ, to make use of this service, exempts us in front of the risks and possible damages caused by means of its execution. The client accepts this clause when using this service.
¿BetaGrading cierra por vacaciones??
Así es, debido que la empresa que nos suministra las cajas cierra por vacaciones el mes de Agosto, decidimos hacer lo mismo para coincidir con ellos. *El mes vacacional no contará para los plazos de entrega.
SHIPPING
How should I protect my item in a shipment?
We recommend shipping in a rigid, wide, well-padded box, leaving the item in the center of the box.
Do I have to print the shipping label for the package?
No, you just have to fill in the shipping form with your personal data and set a pick-up time, if necessary. The shipping company will take care of the rest.
Do I have to insure my shipment?
For your peace of mind and security of the item, Betagrading advises you to insure each and every order to our facilities. The amount of the insurance will be increased proportionally according to the value of the item.
Will my insured item be returned?
The value of the insurance will be the same for the return.
What happens if Betagrading receives an item damaged in transit?
As soon as we notice that the shipping carton is received with a small damage, we will notify you immediately. All openings are video recorded. In case of any inconvenience with the item, we will inform the customer so that he/she can claim as soon as possible to the transport agency.
What happens if Betagrading receives an item damaged in transit?
It is unlikely that the order will arrive damaged, but we want to tell you what to do if this happens:
- Don't stress.
- Let the carrier know and they will give you a form to report the damage.
- Let us know too, so we can help you fix it as soon as possible.
Once the item has been graded, is a protective polybag sent?
Yes, we add a polybag to each of our services. We also offer polybag packs.
How do I process a shipment in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands or Ceuta and Melilla?
Our express courier service works within the Peninsula. In this case, the shipping costs and value of the optional insurance will be calculated later with the available options and through our contact form.
Can I buy an item from eBay and ship it directly to Betagrading's facilities?
No, this is not possible. We are unable to take care of outside arrangements, due to circumstances that may arise. We will always deal with the end customer.
Can I deliver an order personally?
Our facilities for security reasons can not be disclosed, but we offer the possibility of a collection or delivery of collections whose number must be greater than 5 units. The collection or delivery points will be close to Galicia or Malaga.
For few units the usual courier service should be used.
Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
You can change the address in your profile. You should contact us as soon as possible if your order is in processing. info@betagrading.com
My delivery address in Betagrading is different from my Paypal account, where will the shipment be made?
Always to the address registered in the user profile on the website.
I have not been able to receive my package and it is marked as returned.
The shipping agency will try to deliver the package to the registered address. If any problem occurs, please contact the agency and us as soon as possible.

Do stickers score negatively in a rating?
We consider that there are 4 types of stickers with more or less relevance: Publisher, distributor, prices and alarms.
The condition of the sticker will be penalizable.
¿Procesáis Homemade, Homebrew o reproducciones?
We do not provide this service. At BetaGrading we only process official games.
¿Qué sucede si mi artículo es rechazado?
In case the game is not valid for grading, we charge the authentication service and the relevant shipping costs.
ACRYLIC ENCLOSURES
Are acrylic boxes UV resistant?
Yes, all our services and all our boxes include UV protection.
Are the boxes ventilated?
Of course, it is a fundamental part for the conservation of the item.
